Trey Gowdy Gives A Speech To Honor National Police Officers

U.S. Rep Trey Gowdy gave a moving speech for Deputy Kevin Carper of the Spartanburg Sheriff’s Office. Unfortunately, Carper was murdered on February 27th, 2007. His speech was to honor National Police Week.

It is sad that good police officers are dying at the hands of criminals. Just like everyone else, they are doing a job for the living and reattribute the nation. In fact, the officers are overworked and underpaid.

Gowdy told Carper’s story for the entire House Floor. A man killed his wife and opened fire on police. There were children in the surroundings and one was hit by a stray bullet.

He added when Carper heard the children inside screaming, he was not just a police officer, he was a husband and a father.

Gowdy also remembered the time when Carper saw his friend lying dead on the side of the road because he was filled during a routine traffic stop.

The message of this speech is simple. All Americans need to thank law enforcement for what they do. They all deserve our respect and consideration for risking their lives every day for us.

Unfortunately, around 50 police officers have been shot down during their service. Besides, the liberal biased media would prefer to make people believe that cops are the problem and they need to be stopped.

But the main reason for this disgusting behavior is because of their agenda to destabilize this nation.

But this is not going to happen. They perfectly know that if the police weren’t there, liberals would be the first ones to be killed.

All Americans should thank them for what they’ve done for our cities, districts, states, and of course, for the country.
